低速早燃的現象也就是指車輛的發動機轉速比較低,但是扭矩輸出比較高的時候,燃油和機油的混合物在火花塞正常工作點火之前就已經發生了點火現象,一般都是在車輛低速但是高負荷運行的情況下出現,燃油和機油中的混合物在火花塞正常點火之前所發生的自燃現象。
在車輛發生該現象時,車輛發動機內缸的壓力變大,這種情況下的破壞性比常規爆震的破壞性還要大很多,就會導致火花塞燒灼、氣門擊穿和活塞頂面斷裂以及其它的一些問題,反正就是對發動機會造成很嚴重的傷害。
這個現象出現的原因也就是汽車內的零件在進行進氣沖程的時候,噴嘴將油霧噴到氣缸里面,其中一些燃油就會和機油的殘余薄膜產生一些反應,然后在燃油和殘留物混合之后,就會被液化,也就導致壓縮沖程的時候上升的活塞產生的一些物質,隨著活塞一起上升,然后就會導致溫度上升也就會發生早燃。
因為這個問題還是比較嚴重的,可以到維修廠檢修一下,嘗試一下改善機油的性能,然后改變這種現象的發生。
解決低速早燃的方法就是使用高標準的潤滑油,由于發動機結構不同,要想從根本上解決“低速早燃”問題并不是很容易。
不過,汽車廠商發現高標準潤滑油能有效緩解低速過早燃燒,通用率先提出第二代dexos1標準。本標準專門針對渦輪增壓器保護和低速早期燃燒,對潤滑油提出了更嚴格的要求。
目前對于這種現象是無法避免的,不過,我們可以通過給汽車改善機油性能,來抑制這種情況。
